I'd appreciate if somebody can share experience and advice using rsync to syncronize files from OS X Leopard/Snow Leopard to MSS EX490/495
I've been googling Internet and also browsing this forum but the information is scarce and incomplete.

rsync over ssh is your best bet. I've not heard of anyone doing it in WHS, but here's a more general tutorial on getting it set up for Windows. http://rsync.net/resources/howto/windows_rsync.html
