I've noticed that for quite a while now I've been unable to update the MediaSmart server due to the fact that whenever I try to update it I get an older version that why I currently have installed.

Right now I'm on 2.5.10.27311, and when I try to update through HP Update app, it says that there's a patch for MediaSmart Server 2.5.10.26972 available for install. The patch is described as "This Patch applies to the HP MediaSmart Server version 2.5.10.26972. This fixes a defect in the HP Update mechanism and is required in order to receive future updates or patches from HP." So when I try to download and install this patch, I get an error saying that it's not compatible.

My question is, whats the current patch version for the EX487 and how do I fix this?

says EX48x Current version 2.5.13.32351 but when I go to HP website... I get
MS251027311ServerUpdate.exe (2.5.10.27311) and that is the version I have... how do I get version 2.5.13.32351 ?
