I was trying to update my EX485 to the HP August update, which is supposed to address update issues, but of course I get a message saying I can't connect to HP. After that though it wouldn't let me browse for the file. I tried rolling back to 2.1.7 to reapply 2.5 and now 2.5 won't take. It shows up but everytime it fails due to a preunsintallation error or something wrong with oem.msi. Any ideas on how to fix this?
