Hi All...

I am currently on software revision 2.5.10.26972, and am trying to apply the August software release 2.5.13.32351.

Unfortunately, I am getting the following error when trying to run the update:



Any ideas what might be the problem?

HP support couldn't figure out how to fix this...it seems it was a problem with my Vista client... and I never did figure out how to fix it...

What I ended up doing was taking the same executable over to another client on my network (running XP...not sure if Vista was my root cause or not though)...and it ran flawlessly...

I am now up on the latest software revision!
