When you apply the 2.5 update to the server, it took out the updates to the home page for uTorrent. Oh well. Guess I need to fix the page again. :)

All is well - after I got everything completely finished my username or password doesn't work to log on. I go to uTorrent and change it and still nothing happens??

My only other problem is I can't get the http://xxxxxx.homeserver.com:8080/gui/ to work yet, but that may be a port issue with my router or something.

I was able to login during testing the app to see if it would work and it did, but now it won't let me in!

Oh, and do you have to keep the web browser open to continue the download, or is it all on the server's end after you've added it?

You don't have to stay logged in to have the torrent download.

OK, one last thing - what happens when you lose the bar that allows you to Play, Stop, Pause, etc...? I've gotten it back one time, but every now and then it dissapears?

The uTorrent I don't even have in the Media Server interface. :-k

The one on the actual webpage is the one I've lost. I've been told F4 is the reasoning behind this. Like if I hit Alt+F4 to close the page out, it would remove the bar. I've tried hitting F4 to bring it back but all it does is drop down the address bar, Alt+F4 doesn't bring it back and I was told to hit ESC to "reset" the WebGUI but I don't get a prompt to reset.

I've also tried uninstalling and reinstalling uTorrent and no dice.

Alt F4 works for me. It closes the browser, but as it does it toggles the visibility of that bar.

Everything works for me except from the browser I get a dotted white square with a little red x where the utorrent image should be.

I did place the image in the folder.

any suggestions ?

Diehard,

Did you get this figured out b/c I'm getting the same "look".

Other issue. I can access the webui from within my network, but from outside using remote it doesn't work. I'm using port 64838. When I try going to
http://myhomeservername.homeserver.com:64838/gui/ it gives me a invalid request message.

I have port 64838 being forwarded from my modem (M1000) to my wireless router (WRT160N) and from my router to my WHS. Is this correct? Do I need to just look at it again?
(Disclaimer....I finally got remote access working last night after many many tries :) )

This cleared up for me, I uninstalled Java and installed the latest version, then reboot.
