Just talked with HP and ordered by 487. They got their shipment in yesterday and were filling the "pre-orders" and he told me they had 8 left (as of 2/3/09 mid afternoon)

Been reading this forum for months, I have an old MV2120 and looking forward to the Server line.

Thanks Alex,

Your site was one of the reason I went with it. LOTS of great people and knowledge.

Now the fun begins. The 1.5 TB is fine to start, but I'm already looking at what drives to add and when.

I ordered the 485 and according to the tracking number, I should have it tomorrow.

Well sounds like you have me beat. We probably do need to start a new 48X area with sub folders like...."I got mine xx/xx/xx", and "first thing I did with the new system" and "how many of what type of H/D..."

I'm glad I got in after you guys. I'll let you start them up first and learn any lessons AFTER you do. :wink:
