Everywhere HP lists the operating systems that are supported to work with the EX485/EX487 server, Vista Business is not included. (See http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/document?docname=c01586159&lc=en&dlc=en&cc=us&lang=en&product=3855978 and http://h71036.www7.hp.com/hho/cache/565653-0-0-225-121.html#15).

Why is this so? Can I use the EX485/EX487 with PCs running Vista Business? Will HP refuse to offer me tech support if I say I'm using Vista Business PCs?

Shouldn't be a problem.
I have clients running Vista Business, Vista Ultimate, Windows XP and Windows 7 - works fine with all of them.

Has anyone gotten HP tech support after having stated that the clients were running Vista Business?
