What Intel mobo are you looking at? The only H55 boards I've seen from them in an LGA1156 socket are either ATX or uATX form factor. I really like the mini-ITX form, plus none of the Intel boards have onboard wi-fi  ....

The Intel H57 (http://micro-xpc.com/items/boards/intel ... detail.htm). I don't use wireless so not a feature I would hate losing.

The lack of wireless isn't a complete dealbreaker for me. I can always go with an external USB or bridge solution, but I like the integration on the Zotac. I'd prefer hardwired, but the router and 'command center' is upstairs and the HTPC downstairs. Haven't found another solution yet, and haven't had streaming issues with Blu-Ray from the MSS upstairs over wireless. The stuttering I noted in an earlier post is only on one title so far (Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas), that I ripped from HD-DVD into a BR iso. It happens even when I run an ethernet cable down the stairs from the router to the HTPC, but can stream perfectly to Athlon X2 desktop upstairs. Tha's why I'm thinking that the dual core Atom 330 in my current Zotac board isn't going to cut it in the long run.

I'm guessing that the Intel and the Zotac are going to hit the market in the same week, at about the same price....
