I just found a new piece of software called Drop Folders. It works in conjunction with handbrake to convert videos. All you do is drop files in a folder and it does the converting for you. I think this is better than the included media converter with the WHS. It can even be configured as a service!

Has anyone else used this software?
I think this would be an easy way for the wife to convert files and be able to watch them on her new Fire.

Also, Handbrake should be just as easy for your wife. Simply drag the file over handbrake, choose the Android profile, and you are off to the races.
