Hello,
I got a Dune prime 3.0 -- for some reason I can't see the cover arts when I added new movies any more. But I do see them thru my Mede8er players. Please help :(

P.S. Windows 7 is the client computer, and WHS EX495 with Mymovies installed.

The issue sounds to be related to My Movies. Have you by chance upgraded My Movies of late where the Dune Export could have been broken?

I did upgrade the new firmware, but still the same. I didn't use it for around 6 months since that happened. I will try it again sometime. Thank you very much.

Out of all the jukeboxes My Movies seems to be the most problematic when it comes to Dune integration unfortunately
