A quick search didn't yield any results and Google hasn't come up with anything useful. The question - is there any kind of solution out there that allows you to rip a BluRay to the MSS and stream it WITH audio over a (wired) network to a Popcorn Hour c-200 so that it simply plays and the audio is intact?

The C-200 does not have Cinavia enabled, so you will have no need for a solution. If you rip a disc that has Cinavia it also requires the player to adhere to Cinavia for the protection to kick in.
