I just installed PP1 on Mediasmart and when I plug in a USB drive thumb-drive), it is not recognized on the Server storage tab . Also under the Computers & Backup tab, there is no new icon to backup the home server. Under resources, it says I'm running WHS with Power Pack 1. If I log on the WHS desktop and click MY Computer, I see that the USB drive is indeed there. I do see that it has FAT file system not NTFS. Any ideas? Thanks in advance, Gary |

What size is the thumb drive? I believe WHS looks for some minimum size (8GB maybe?) before it adds it as a drive. |
