How do I completely remove PerfectDisk? I removed the add-in through the server console and it's gone, but I still have a PD11 button on the menu bar. I tried deleting the PD11 DLL through Advanced Admin Console, but it tells me it's in use and won't let me delete it. There are several Raxco entries still in the Registry; can I remove those without dire consequences (I would think shouldn't be anything left)? Aggravating.... Any help appreciated!

I have never run that software on any of my servers but have run into some cases where the software publisher had provided additional software to properly remove the software which required running a separate utility from the servers desktop. This is because their software could not be removed fully from the server console. I believe one of the programs I am thinking of was Avast which also required the user to shut down some additional protection mode before running their removal utility.

If your not able to find such a utility or instructions on how to remove the software then try sending them an email an last your next best option would be to RPD to your server to get to the servers desktop, enter the control panel and select Add/Remove Programs.

Maybe someone here will share their removal experience.
