Anyone have trouble seeing all the shows contained on a Tivo Premier - new 1 TB Premier (about a month old).

I can see all contents on a Series 2 Toshiba fine, looks like also on two Series 3 HD tivos (have not confirmed) but on my Premier I don't see programs that have been copied from a Series 3 and I don't see all programs that were recorded directly to the Tivo. I also don't see all episodes of web content (though its copy protected and can't be moved anyway) I'm probably about 75% full.

I do see new shows as they are recorded, but once again - just not all of them. And what is weird is that its not just single shows - it can be a recorded series - some of the episodes are there and some are not.

any ideas?
