Hi all.
I have a few questions regarding to timetraveler installation. I have purchased time traveler.
My current setup up is:
1) I have hp ex490 with 4TB of pool storage with duplication of PUBLIC folder.
2) I have purchased an external 1TB hard drive to be dedicate for roll back.
3) I plugged the external hard drive in and didn't add the external hard drive as pool storage or backup.
4) After I installed, I selected the drive E as designated for roll back (selection was either drive D or E). I guessed D is the main which has the 4TB space.
5) Then I selected the PUBLIC folder to enable rollback. My SHARED folder had about 450GB of data. After I enabled the rollback, time traveler has been running for more than 1 day and still in the updating database phase. Also, I have noticed that my public SHARED has increased by 100GB. On the Time traveler tab, the available spaced has changed from 931.51GB to 845GB.
I am not sure what what's wrong but I didn't expect to lose the space in the SHARED folder.

Can someone please help?

Thanks.
Jonathan

Hi Jonathan, I've not seen much discussion on this site about the Time Traveler Add-In, since you've purchased it you're likely better off contacting their support. Hopefully if someone here has experience they will chime in.

Have you tried our Add-Ins?
