HP mediasmart server/date vault 3.0 patch 1,which can not be found on the system. install will exit now

Have you installed HP3.0 in your system yet. That patch is for systems already running the 3.0 software it is not the actual 3.0 as its a patch.

The update is for v3.0; so you would need to order and install v3.0 then the 3.0 patches will work for you.

Thats wrong COUGAR....I think we all expect a REASONABLE solution.....ordering 3.0 from HP is not a reasonable solution...by the time the poor guy gets the discs, Vail will be out...lol
