I have installed and used BDBB several times. Works great. For some reason, it remains stuck at zero. I then reset the server and I see an entry for the aborted backup with the number "2" (2 gigabytes?) on the right.

I repaired the data base but I don't think there were any problems -- the cleanup took less than 10-minutes.

I tried uninstalling and re-installing the add-in, but it didn't help.

Any ideas?

I'd suspect an issue with the destination drive where you are copying the backup to. You can also check the event viewer logs on the server for messages from BDBB.
