Are you trying that from the server or the client?

Sorry; thought your post implied it was fixed

So it changed the password and you can get in without a password? In read/only mode?

ERROR 1064 (42000): You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that
corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near 'root'

I was wondering how should I perform upgrades when new versions of the plugin come out. Do I need to uninstall the old version and install the new one or do I just install the new plugin.

For this one, you will just remove the Add-In, then add the new one which wont affect any dependant apps you have that need php (other than the outage for the time php doesnt exist on your server ;-) )

Hi I've exactly the same problem like dx111ge!

It installs correctly and the test.php is in the folder! I've also the Acer H340 with German language. I get also the 404.

Please don't hesitate when I should do some "debugging" for you.

Regards,
Stephan

Are you on v1.01? I had the same issue crop up with v1.0 and I fixed that one on v1.01.

I don't have access to a german system but a couple of things to check:-

1. The following registry key on the server HKLM\Software\PHP
The path should in your case point to c:\programme\php\php.ini

2. The path variable is set c:\programme\php\

Although you both have Acer's I do wonder if php was installed already..... can anyone confirm that?

I'll be updating the PHP Installer to search for an existing PHP.INI as well as a previous installation which covers all the issues I have had with the PHP Installer so far, bar one.

Currently, any language that doesnt use "c:\Program Files" the PHP.INI needs a manual search and replace. I'm trying to work around that and maybe build the ini at run time instead where I can control it a little more.
