Is there a simple way of pausing/resuming Drive Extender, perhaps via an Add-In? Even better would be a way of scheduling when it works. This is for WHS v1. Finally, once a share has been duplicated ( and how does one know that!) does DE stop? There doesn't seem to be an easy way of gauging DE's progress. I only started using it recently on one share and it seems to cause problems when streaming video ( though I can't yet be certain that this is the culprit).

Thanks...philip

I use scheduled batch files to start and stop DE which has been working teat for ages now.... Start DE at 11pm and then stop it again at 8am so it does all its work at night when we all sleep.....

I suppose there is a risk whereby new files won't be duplicated for a few hours but I'm fine with that for now....
