Greetings!

I am trying to upgrade from v1.9.0 to v2.x, but the upgrade does not show as “available” in the WHS "Available Add-ins" tab in the WHS Console. I tried restarting the console, as well as actually rebooting the server after downloading the upgrade .msi, but to no avail. Thoughts?

Did you uninstall 1.9 first?

No, I did not attempt to uninstall first. If I do so, will my existing backup plans and configuration remain intact when I install the new version? I would hate to lose all those settings......

WHS Add-Ins must be uninstalled before installing a new version. I've not tried it with Cloudberry, but their support forums indicate that settings will be retained.

I went ahead and uninstalled the old verion, then reinstalled the new one -- it worked OK, with one exception that required reconfiguration. Thanks for the info and prompt response - I apprecaite the help!
