I uploaded all my digital photos to my media smart EX 490 and I just noticed that a 1,43MB photo has been compressed to 3kB. Actualy all photos have been compressed, I was quite surprised and now wonder how thses can be stored in original uncompressed format. Can anyone help here?

It sounds like whatever you used to perform the transfer created a thumbnail and threw away the original photo.

Or he's look at the place holder and not the actual file.

Yes it would be great to upload 1500 jpg photos to only have it take up 3kb space.
