First of all, I am new to the forum and it's been very helpful in getting all the help on EX470 I recently purchased. I have done fiddling around the hardware and now it's time to get to know more about the software. I am a little confused between Media Sharing, PVConnect, and Media Center Sharing. All 3 seem to be doing the similar job. On my Vista PC, I can see PVConnect in my WMP11 without any configuration. But on my XP PC, I can't see anything when I open my WMP11, not media sharing nor pvconnect. Is it something I have to setup in the XP machine?

I thought the purpose MSS is that when connected to the home network with sharing turn on, Vista Media Center or WMP11 will just automatically search for media files. Am I doing it wrong? Any help/suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for looking.
