If you haven't heard already (I read about it LAST WEEK) . . .

Friday, COMPUSA announced it was CLOSING ALL REMAINING STORES
at the end of the holiday season.

That means, If you buy one from COMPUSA after 12/13/07, and you have problems with it, YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO TAKE IT BACK TO THE STORE! you will have to contact HP DIRECTLY!

I had bought an extended warranty on mine, and due to the fear that it would not be honored, I returned the extended warranty yesterday!

This applies to purchases ONLINE as well.

WHO KNOWS, you might find a good deal on one if they have any left in their inventory, but just remember, ALL SALES FINAL after 12/13/07!

Just thought you might wanna know!

You should be able to purchase an extended warranty directly from HP. This is what I plan on doing so I hope I am correct.

though they do have some goood deals right now, but some of it still overpriced though....
