I've bought an HP N40L to replace my EX490. I'm prepping the EX490 to sell - I'll be secure erasing all the data on the HDDs and doing a fresh install of WHS V1.

Question is, what's the best drive configuration? I have 2x500GB drives, a 250GB drive left over from the new HP box and a 160GB drive.

Should I use the 250GB/160GB as the OS drive or only use the 2x500GB drives?

I would use the 160gb drive for the system drive myself.
