A minor update to Media Browser 2.2.4 (Cronos) has just been released. The biggest fix was switching to the new API being used by TheMovieDB, which Media Browser uses to gather metadata/artwork for movies.

You can see the full list of updates/fixes here

As usual, the latest Media Browser can be downloaded here.

I was waiting for this patch before I starting working on my review, so now that it is out be in the lookout in the coming weeks.

Although I always had some interest in technology, it wasn't until I got my EX470 and more importantly found Mediasmartserver.net, that my interest became an addiction. My goal, aside from world domination and to see the Mets/Broncos win another championship, is to set up the perfect digital home where all my media is available at the click of a button. Damian is the a WHS component with this new release? For some reason I am under the assumption that there is not. Can you clarrify this? Appreciate it in advance.

What do you mean WHS component? The big fix is that theMovieDB changed its API, so for anyone who was using Media Browser to gather metadata/artwork for their video collection, they were getting no data returned. There is no WHS specific component since WMC is not integrated with WHS

My bad…..I confused Meta Browser with Media Browser. Hey you get to be my age and it becomes abundantly clear how easly one can confuse one for the other.
