About six months ago HP announced a new line of MediaSmart Servers labeled the LX series. The first model in the series was the LX195, a single drive atom powered home server. Well, it looks like HP is ready to update the series. Terry Walsh over at WGS has just discovered that there may be a LX197 in the works (the dead giveaway being the LX197 showing up on HP’s support website). You can head over to WGS to get a full low down on what Terry has uncovered so far.
HP to Announce a Successor to the LX195?

I’m speculating a dual-core Atom and bigger internal drive.
