WeGotServed and the Home Server Blog have announced an exciting Add-In competition where your best idea will get turned into a future Windows Home Server Add-In. There’s also the opportunity to win some great prizes, so be sure to click here to read the rules and submit your entry. Thanks to WeGotServed for the link.

I’ve already submitted my entry, asking for a Clippy style assistant to guide me through the usage of my Home Server. :D

Hi Alex, is it possible to have a place where people can post tools, reference, api, articles(, may be HP api?) etc about how to program the WHS (Add-ins)? that will be great

Yes, I saw those and hope that the authors will submit their ideas to the contest.

I’ve not gotten many requests for a development specific forum, I’d recommend we start out any specific topics in the Software or WHS Addins forums and if that gains traction I can spin them out into a Development specific forum.

Thanks for your input,
Alex
