I’d recommend posting on the forums where more of us can help you. If you want to see if the KB is on your server, look at Add/Remove programs and make sure “Show Updates” is checked.

Never had to run repair — but recently have been getting on/off performance. Did the hp upgrade, Jan 22, and ran windows updates to today. Didn’t see the kb on the list, however when I rdp to server. Any ideas? Running repair in hopes it will allow backup now to happen, or do I need to reconnect (yet again) to server to get backups to run? thx.

It also seems to update Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 Service Pack 1 and .NET Framework 3.5 Family Update (KB951847) x86 (248 MB)
